NIALL SMYTH
DIRECTOR
As the founder and Managing Director of Advanced care, Niall is passionate about delivering quality care services to our clients across Northern Ireland. Having worked for 40 years in adult social care, Niall brings experience as a community psychiatric nurse through to senior management roles with various organisations in the care industry. Niall is responsible for all operations across Northern Ireland ensuring Advanced Care upholds its values and delivers on its mission. Niall prides himself on establishing long-lasting relationships with our clients, local authorities and regulators.
RORY SMYTH
DIRECTOR
Rory joined Advanced Care in 2021 as the director of Finance and HR. He brings with him experience from previous roles in industries including media, investment banking and healthcare. He is responsible for all aspects of finance and HR from finance systems and payroll and drives Advanced Care’s financial strategy and planning.
BRIAN SMYTH
DIRECTOR
With an extensive background in adult social care, Brian has specialised in supported living services and learning disability support. Brian has worked with various adult social care organisations across NI building upon his experience before taking up management positions with supporting living services in New Zealand. Since 2022, he has been the Director of Development based in our Derry office, focusing on building our supported living services & expanding our domiciliary care operations in the Northwest.
SABRINA MCCULLOUGH
RECRUITMENT MANAGER (BELFAST)
As our Recruitment Manager, Sabrina is responsible for managing all of our recruitment and onboarding needs at Advanced Care. Sabrina has been part of the team since 2022 and is based in our Belfast office. Sabrina understands the calibre of Care Assistants which make up our team at Advanced Care and prides herself on sourcing staff who are driven and determined to provide high quality care services to our clients.
DENISE BRYANS
OPERATIONS MANAGER (LISBURN)
With over 30 years of experience in Nursing, Denise brings a wealth of knowledge and know-how to both our staff and clients. Denise joined the team in 2008 and as our registered manager she is responsible for managing care quality and training quality and also oversees the day-to-day operations of our Belfast and Lisburn offices.
DEIRDRE DONNELL
SERVICE MANAGER (DERRY)
Deidre joined Advanced Care in 2023 as our Service Manager in Derry. She brings a wealth of experience in managing domiciliary care services, having previously worked in similar agency roles and developed all the transferable skills & knowledge that this entails. Deirdre enjoys both the challenge and the sense of reward that come with managing care services and is particularly passionate about providing tailored, bespoke, person-centred care.
MANDY GARDINER
DEPUTY MANAGER (LISBURN)
Mandy is our Deputy Manager for the Greater Belfast area and has been with Advanced Care since 2012. With 30 years of experience of working with young children and adults in care settings, she has a wide range of knowledge, skills and qualifications including NVQ in Childcare and Management, Disability Awareness, Community Youth work, Assessing awards and Business Administration.
JIM SMYTH
ADMINISTRATOR (LISBURN)
Jim joined Advanced care in 2013 as one of our Care Assistants and since progressed to the roles of Administrator. Jim has a strong knowledge of all that we do in Advanced Care and with this experience he assists with the day to day running of our Lisburn office. His other responsibilities include carrying out client assessments and staff spot checks in the South Belfast and Lisburn areas.
JOSEPHINE CONRADIE
ADMINISTRATOR (DERRY)
As the first point of contact for our clients and staff, Josephine is one of our Administrators in Advanced Care and the first point of contact for clients & staff. Joining the team in 2022, Josephine brings experience from her previous roles in healthcare, logistics and administration. Josephine is responsible for day-to-day administration in our Derry office.
ANTHONY NASH
CO-ORDINATOR (DERRY)
Anthony has been with Advanced Care since 2020, having first worked as a care assistant before moving into a role as Team Leader. Anthony now works as the Co-ordinator in our Derry office and is an integral part of the team, managing systems to ensure that both front line care scheduling and background processes run smoothly.
